My Blood Pressure Is 88/61 Eat More Salt For Low Blood Pressure?

Eat more salt for low blood pressure? - my blood pressure is 88/61

I had my blood pressure at the bottom of the last two months.I saw him, and I just read that is usually not a problem. But I am a full time student and I'm feeling more fatigue at the time. I can not succeed, in school. So my last reading of blood pressure was 88/61. Eating more salt increases blood pressure and may have been the cause for my fatigue?

I had low blood pressure most of my life, usually 80 / 55 or less ... I know, weird. Make sure you do not eat more salt, but I know that I regularly eat even one fruit. I also take vitamin B complex with fatigue, when I'm tired greatly help:)

In fact, I have a problem sometimes with low sodium content. I am an athlete and so I use a lot. Everything you need to do is get a blood sample. They will tell you if you miss something (such as sodium), and you can adjust your diet accordingly. Low sodium can do many unpleasant things, and chronic. If there is not enough or have enough sodium in the blood and not eat more salt.

Low blood pressure does not sound like a good thing. Even if it leads to fatigue can cause dizziness as I know. See what a doctor can advise you to return to normal again, if you have not done so.

Try some vitamin D. Try to stay well hydrated!
